Hi Israel,

Things are moving forward :-)

1. I think we should check if tarballs for Trusty work for Debian. It is 
less likely that tarballs for Precise work, but it is definitely worth 
trying. Try manually (before fixing dltbl)!

Maybe in the future, the whole grub can be reinstalled, in order to make 
'all versions' of OBI tarballs work with your OBI-installer.

2. The changes for unmounting the target seem good.
