Hi everyone,

I fixed a few minor issues in the menu, and added a --reload option to
the apps menu.

Fixed issues:

Places menu now alphabetizes the directories (case is not respected...
though I could change this if people think this is not good)  I fixed
this on part, because of Jack's earlier feature request in the apps menu
to alphabetize entries.

App menu now correctly adds menu items with no semi-colon on the end of
the OnlyShowIn list


jwm-menu --reload will regenerate the cache (no need to delete the cache
files)


This update should be available soon.
