Hi

Please find below a link to the latest update to the manual.

I am not sure how to alter the page margins,  and not sure how to get
ths on to landscape,  well i can do it,  but if it breaks the document I
will end up starting over.

My Idea for this is that it forms an A4 manual,  it looks fine on a
desktop and netbook screen, and as it is PDF , you can zoom in / out to
make the text bigger.

What I have done is started to make it fully cross referenced.
