Hi

I have done a major update to the manual and now included a section on
the JWM settings manager.  So have included lots of screen shots.  I
still need to add explanations to quite a few, or rather  more
detailed explanations.  But it is getting there. Feel free to git
pull, The PDF Should be right up to date on this one.

If this whole section would also be better off as a separate manual
for the JWM settings manager/ Desktop in general then I am happy to
work with any other documentation developers on that.
