Finally!!!! I finally got the program to make using Cmake. I finally had to go to the #cmake on freenode. Apparently the issue is that the normal Cmake scripts for FLTK don't work at all. So, while my program should have built easily days ago... it wouldn't. I tried everything. Apparently, FLTK ships their OWN configure script that works! Hurray!! And once the cmake people let me know about this, the rest was sooooo much easier. And you can try it on your own machine now (if you want). But this will still require the build-essentials and the fltk depends. But, now I can work on the package and the last few glaring pre-alpha issues (which are not very many, to be honest). There are also some defaults you will need to install yourself from the data/ folder. simply copy .jwmrc and .jwm/ into your ~/ Of course you wont have the default wallpaper, because I chose a picture from my computer... So, we will need to narrow some things down to get this working fully. And I will also be adding in a terminal command, something like jwm-settings-manager --restore so the system can be recovered easily if something goes horribly wrong (which I hope it wont... I have been trying to find every issue by testing it in a number of ways). Thanks everyone for your feedback through this, and being a place where I can post these achievements! Soon, very soon we will have a configuration program, that is good enough for an alpha! -- Regards
