Hi Had some feed back after asking for help on the Devon and Cornwall Linux user group mailing list, one of the things that has come out of this is the fact it is hard to find out what we are about. Perhaps we could put some explanatory text on the website ToriOS is a GNU / Linux distribution that is designed for lower specification systems and also aimed as a replacement for the now end of life Windows XP. Torios main features are *Low memory and resource requirements *Low disk space *Low package overheads (you get to build your own system from a very minimal install base) *Built with Ubuntu as a base , so there is the full ubuntu repository based for software (1000's of packages) *Free and open source or something along those lines on the front page so anyone going to ToriOS knows exactly what we are doing, why and what the project is about. Just a thought, this topic came up in the meeting on Saturday and it was suggested I posted here with some ideas. Hope this helps Paul
