Hi everyone,
the issue with pkexec not working has been found!

/usr/lib/policykit-1-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1

this needs to be running.  If it is running you can open anything with
pkexec (i.e. gparted/synaptic)

so now I just need to find the best place to put this :)
.xinitrc does not work.
a guy named EriC^^ on #ubuntu suggested adding it to rc.local
I am thinking there is a way to manage this differently...
I would rather modify a user file, rather than a system file.... as that
will cause issues with other DE being installed :)

Anyhow... things are getting closer.  I have gotten some of the hidden
issues fixed.
For example... if you boot the last live CD and type
"exit" as the username in SLiM   you get a root prompt...  that is bad :)
*Now* you get the text login... that is good :)

I also decided to add in testdisk to the LiveCD.
If anyone is familiar with testdisk I think it will make sense to add
that to our CD.
If anyone is opposed to it, that is fine.  The CD is currently
696.3 MB
On real hardware I had it running at 53MB RAM  (without some of the nice
features)
So I think we are definitely on track for our goals.!

So... any other major issues left????  Or are we just about ready for
the Beta?
