Hi Israel,
Latest zsync observations:
1) Live session: - 'Shutdown Computer' when clicked did nothing.  I had to use the terminal to 'poweroff'.
2) Live session: - NM indicator looked normal and connected wired connection okay.  (This differed to Nio's Live observation).  Volume icon starts with a muted X.
3) Installed okay: 'Shutdown Computer' worked.
4) Installed: Still not seeing plymouth splash on boot; I see it on shutdown though.
5) Installed: Volume indicator set as expected.
6) Installed: NM indicator looks okay and wired connection made okay.
That's all for first observations.
