Ok added more content to the manual,  including more references to
external documentation.  Current size is <500k,  Feel free to include on
the ToriOS iso.

Hopefully this will keep the manual lightweight and easier to maintain
as features are added to things like the JWM settings manager,  ToriOS
will reflect that and linking to the official project pages will help
keep users in touch with the latest documentation and notes.
