I was wondering if it could be possible in the future to add the "Diff"
context option regardless if we're standing on a bzr repository or not.
That would greatly help diff-ing without having to resort to command
line. Not having to validate if we're in a repo or not would be great
since it would mean that we can compare files anywhere in the filesystem
(like TortoiseSVN does).

As a second unrelated question, is everything in tbzr written in Python?
I would like to somehow help the project but I'm really lacking on
python knowledge.
