Hi all.

Today, I merged new statuscache named wtcache.
The wtcache based on workingtree against that old statuscache based on
directory.
This make tortoisebzr faster because bzr have one bzrdir on top of
workingtree dislike svn.

I'd like to some people test it before bzr-2.0 is released.
Please test it.
