I have an R600-12Z running Windows 7.

I would like to make it dual boot with a linux distribution.

I have a little experience of linux/unix but don't need anything 
sophisticated that might only work in certain distributions. Most 
important to me is that the Windows operation is totally 
unaffected, as that is crucial for me.

If anyone can give advice on something that will work really well 
with my Windows, I would be very grateful.
