hm, actually fixing 1339916 will fix this one too. The sysid is
different when the system is booting and after boot.

Bug description:
The identifier returned by the dbus method GetIdentifier and the key
'SystemIdentifier' on errors.ubuntu.com for a report uploaded from the
same device are different.
For example on my mako:
$ gdbus call -y -d com.ubuntu.WhoopsiePreferences -o /com/ubuntu/WhoopsiePreferences -m com.ubuntu.WhoopsiePreferences.GetIdentifier
('16942cef...3a2f37ac',)
