  -System connected to TV via HDMI.
  -Turn off TV.
  -Turn on TV.
  -TV has no signal
  -change to tty1, displays login prompt
  -change to tty7, shows black screen.
  -Must restart lightdm to get a desktop environment to display again.

  Expected that when turning on TV that desktop is shown without issue.
