Wallpaper of scopes can not be changed, can we please remove this
options from settings. Custom lock screen should display without info-
graphic.

Bug description:
  I have attached the screenshot. When using bright backgrounds in the
  dash the readability of the dash text is not clear, we need to have a
  better solutions for that. Other OS try to keep the background static
  or have the background a bit faded to counter this issue.
