Title:
Importing Ubuntu.Telephony 0.1 causes hang when there's no telephony
accounts
Status in “telephony-service” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:

qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-telephony0.1:
Installed: 0.1+14.10.20140709.2-0ubuntu1

Given the following qml:
import QtQuick 2.2
import Ubuntu.Telephony 0.1
Rectangle {
width: 20
height: 20
}
Running `qmlscene test.qml` hangs on startup for about 30s. This
causes unity8 to have a 30s startup delay now that we have the in-call
hint.
