  Screen doesn't update till you touch it

Status in “unity-mir” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  A few people have anecdotally mentioned this over the last week, but it seems easily reproducible.
  Leave the phone alone for a while, let it sleep.
  Note the time (on another time source), and then wake the phone up with the power button.
  ** Note that the time on the phone screen is often out by some minutes. 
  Wait for a few seconds.
  ** Note the time is still wrong
  Tap the screen
  ** Note the screen updates to the latest time.

  I have seen this on the current devel-proposed #134 and the current
  devel image #119.
