Title:
[Dialer app] In keyboard, 'add contact' icon missing in bottom left
Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
Confirmed
Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
Won't Fix
Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Current situation:
In the keypad, the 'add contact' icon is missing
Desired solution:
1. The 'add contact' icon should be visible (however, disabled at first)
2. The 'add contact' icon will be enabled if the input number did not match any of the existing saved contacts
3. By tapping on 'add contact' icon should provide user the options to: add to existing or create new contact (via query dialog).
Talk to Matt Stevens if 'add contact' icon/asset is required.
