[Bug 1321211] Re: No contacts shown in dialer or messaging apps
So, there is no longer a 'compose' button. It's a "new chat" pull-up
from the bottom instead.
In the "new chat" interface, there does not appear to be any way to add
a contact. So, still not fixed (or broken again).
However, after sending a message, the user can load the chat history for
that phone number and there is an icon in the upper right with a person
and a plus sign. This seems like it should add a contact, but it
appears to do nothing.
This was on image Utopic 140.

Bug description:
Prerequisite: A contact must have been created in the contacts
database
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open messaging app
2. Select 'Compose' from bottom bar
3. Click the Add Contact icon
4. Choose the contact from the list
Expected result:
4. There is a contact to select from the list
Actual result:
4. There are no contacts listed
