[Bug 1343787] How can receive permit to access my old files/folders, etc., in my computer

The Ubuntu folks,

Need your helps...long story make short.

I have done anything wrong (I think...). Only I did the news articles
copy(s) to kept for sample sentences. Then the system not allowed to
access my computer (the system locked all my personal holders/files, etc.
in the computer. Now, message said these folders/files, etc. not belong to
me (my password not working), set-up 50/50 (500GAmemory) partitions.

Then I purchased Ubuntu magazine/SW reloaded 14.02???? Still dos work. The
message as follows:

The link “Access-Your-Private-Data.desktop” is broken.

This link cannot be used because its target
“/usr/share/ecryptfs-utils/ecryptfs-mount-private.desktop” doesn't exist.

Title:
  Removing of obsolete package lists

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 14.10 dev with apt 1.0.4ubuntu5. On my system I have
noticed that the package lists directory (/var/lib/apt/lists) was
already over 700 MiB big with ~600 MiB of lists which aren't reachable
anymore. Since apt provides the options clean and autoclean to have
control about the package cache in /var/cache/apt there could maybe
also be an option that deletes all obsolete package lists in
  /var/lib/apt/lists.
