[Bug 1278612] Re: Unity should look in XDG_DATA_DIRS for scopes, instead of just /usr/share
The scopes are looking into /custom/usr/lib/[arch-triplet]/unity-scopes.

With Custom images, we're going to be shipping scopes in
/custom/xdg/data/unity/scopes, which is in XDG_DATA_DIRS. Right now,
if we add the new-scopes there, they're ignored
