[Bug 1234616] Re: [Messaging menu] When the passcode is on/set I shouldn't be able to reply to text messages

Unity8 provides everything needed for the messaging menu to handle this.
The EntryIsLocked property (tells whether the user has a password set)
on the /list DBus object and the IsActive property (tells whether the
greeter is running) on the / DBus property of
com.canonical.UnityGreeter.

Bug description:
  Current situation:
When the passcode is on/set, I shouldn't be able to reply to my text messages as my phone is considered lock.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Text message received
  2. Messaging menu via indicators
  3. Tap to expand a missed message
  4. Text box appeared, start typing message
  5. Send

  Desired solution:
when the passcode is on/set, the user should only be able to view the missed messages. Tapping on a message should take me to the passcode screen and after keying the PIN, it should take the user directly to the messaging thread in the messaging app.
