  DNDing window from maximized to half-screen loses title bar

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce :
  - Maximize window
  - Click and hold the top title/menu bar
  - Drop in one of the top corners
  (This last step requires that the mouse cursor leaves the top bar while DNDing, otherwise you won’t be proposed the half-screen window.)

  Now you have a half-screen window with no title bar (screenshot
  attached).
