Title:
  After using expo plugin panel and launcher lose focus and require
  additional click to start act

Bug description:
  After using expo plugin and switch to 1st destop from third (or from
  3rd to first. or sometimes after switching from 1 to 2 or 2-3 or 3-2
  or something) panel losed focus and require to click on them before
  act. i can reproduce this with expo plugin from edge and somethimes
  from laucher and hotkey (but from edge this bug 100% works). Lose
  focus= you must click on panel before change folume with mouse wheel
  or wake menu from indocator. or click on laucher before you can
  switch/start applications through laucher. im trying to make video,
  but kazam also crashed [another bug but not in this workaround].
  started after upgrade unity to 5.6 (didnt lose focus on 5.4).
  switching windows through hotkeys works fine.only switch throug expo
