  Launcher - Chrome/mium duplicated and invisible launchers problem

Bug description:
  Multiple Chrome/mium launchers duplicated (some invisible) appear when
  launching the app in ubuntu 11.10.

  if the app is pinned and you close and launch again more duplicates keep appearing...
