Title:
  launcher does not reveal when set to auto-hide and mouse is moved to
  left side or top left corner

Bug description:
  Since updating to quantal from precise the launcher no longer reveals
  itself when I move the pointer to the left side. The only way I can
  get the launcher to show is to press the super key. It works the same
  way whether I say to reveal on the left side or top left corner.
