Bug description:
  The HP EliteBook 8540w which I am working on comes with several
  "tap"-keys  to change sound volume, launch a browser/email-client and
  such, and switch the wireless adapter on or off.

  When my screen is locked, all of these function keys are disabled,
  except the wlan key
