  Unity dash doesn't downsize too large application icons

Bug description:
  Eclipse ships with an icon that has the size 256x256. Unity dash tries
  to display the icon at that size rather than downsizing it to match
  the other icons and this looks really odd. It's displayed properly in
  the launcher though.
