Title:
unity package shouldn't ship gsettings schema in a versioned library
  package.

Status in Unity:
  Confirmed
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
This is a follow-up of bug 1193120. Shipping the schema in the
versioned library package makes it difficult to depend on that schema
  from other packages.

It should be moved to a common package, perhaps gsettings-desktop-
  schemas or gsettings-ubuntu-schemas, if possible.

We need to investigate how this schema is being used, how tightly
coupled it is to unity, etc.
