  Unity Lockscreen enabled but Launcher Dashboard Home Screen can still
  open

Bug description:
  I'm not sure if there was a specific purpose for this but when I press
  the windows key when I have already locked my account on my laptop (by
  pressing Ctrl + Alt + L), I can see the lanucher dashboard home by
  pressing the windows screen however I can't click on anything. I was
  wondering if there was any purpose for this or whether its a UI bug.

  To replicate this situation please try :
  1) Lock screen on a running Ubuntu system by pressing Ctrl + Alt + L.
  2) Press Windows button on a standard keyboard (Not sure what button for Apple keyboards)

  Linux version 3.2.0-23-generic-pae (buildd@palmer) (gcc version 4.6.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu4) ) #36-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 10 22:19:09 UTC 2012
