  Unity crashed - no window options, no keyboard - unity disappeared

Bug description:
  I lost use of my keyboard, sorry!

  Anyways, unity's window manager top bars of the windows, the panel at
  the top and the side panel all disappeared. I was unable to use the
  keyboard, but I could use my mouse to copy information and paste it.
