  unity dash  closes when clicking its bottom border.

Bug description:
  when you click the 'fat' bottom-border of the dash, the dash closes,
  this is not normal, because the right border doesnt close the dash.
  also it gives you another effect than you want to trigger, when you
  try to focus the dash with clicking the border (without a need to
  focus). but anyway...
