Title:
Directories in launcher stuck in highlighted state

Status in Unity:
  Confirmed
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Dragging a tab from a window over the launcher causes directories in
the launcher to be highlighted. The launcher does not reset the
highlighting when you release the mouse. The result is that the
launcher is stuck in a highlighted state. You have to open the dash to
  make it redraw properly.

  To reproduce:
  1) Open a terminal (Ctrl-Alt-T)
  2) Open a second tab in the terminal (Ctrl-Shift-T)
  3) Drag one of the tabs from the terminal over the launcher
  4) Release the mouse button

  Expected results
The terminal tab is opened in a new window. The Launcher looks the way it did before step 1.

  Actual results:
During step 3, all directories in the launcher get highlighted as if they are drop targets for the tab. After step 4 the terminal tab is opened in a new window but the directories in the launcher remain highlighted.

See the attached screen recording for an example. In the video, I add a step between 3+4 in which I return the terminal tab to its window. I did this to make it more obvious when the mouse button was released (it's when the terminal tab reappears in the original window). This step is not required.
