  Skype incoming call window is completely hidden with dual displays

Bug description:
  With dual displays, the Skype incoming call window is completely
  hidden and you can't switch to it or bring it to the forefront. You
  see it if you do Super-S but no matter what you do you can't get it
  into focus to answer calls.
