  Impossible to edit shortcut overlay

Bug description:
  Shortcut overlay invoked with holding Super key down is great.
  However, it does not show all keybindings that are in use. for some,
  it might show too much keybindings. It would be nice if it were
  possible to set which shortcuts are shown in the overlay.
