Title:
Dash - Navigating lens categories with Shift+Tab does not work for
  filter

Status in Unity:
  Confirmed
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open Dash
  2. Go to Apps lens
  4. Press Shift + Tab and Filters is highlighted (or the Sources item if filters are visible)
  5. Release Shift + Tab

  What should happen:
  - The Filters remain highlighted and you can expand the filters with Enter.

  What happens:
  - The Filters lose focus and nothing happens when Enter is pressed.

  Why this happens:
  - Dash focuses the search box on Shift-up.

This also happens with unity-5.8.0-0ubuntu2 from the main repos so
it's not a regression in the latest RC from Unity-team PPA.
