  Notification bubbles don't appear on all monitors

Bug description:
  When I am using a dual monitor setup (external screen is my left
  screen, laptop is my right), notify-osd bubbles only appear on my
  right (laptop) screen.

  With me working primarily on my left (external monitor) screen, this
  means I keep missing notify-osd bubbles.
