Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mutter

  Whenever a dialog is open that is not maximised (empathy, ubuntu-bug,
  file-pickers), mutter flashes white, then the application, then white
  (repeatedly), until that application is closed.  Generally, all other
  applications (terminal, empathy, chromium-browser) will also get
  killed when this happens.  Having trouble reporting this with ubuntu-
  bug because the dialog doesn't open maximised.  Once the dialog is no
  longer open, unity reappears.  Because I cannot include a file, I will
  link to my ~/.xession-errors
