Bug description:
  - Create PlacesView and it's window inside unity.cpp
  - UBus message passing singleton for passing messages between objects (and testing)
  - PlacesView size is ratio of screensize
  - Basic mouse grabbing
  - Tests
    - Test UBus
    - Add tests/test-places which runs places in standalone mode
