Bug description:
Nexus 10 (manta) - flashed new image (14.04 r73). Booted up in UTC, so
I pulled down the clock and selected Time & Date settings... The
screen was blank (white) except for a black vertical bar a little more
than 2/3s across the screen. I went back to the desktop, then selected
the System Settings icon under Recent Apps, and got all the
labels/fields for setting the time. I selected America/Denver and it
displayed an anolog clock with the local time in the left 2/3s of the
screen, but the tray at the top still showed UTC. I went up to the
clock pull-down again, and got Networks by mistake. When I scrolled
that back up, the analog clock was also displayed in the right 1/3 of
the screen, except upside down (see screenshot). Time in the tray
didn't change to local until the tablet was rebooted.
