Bug description:
  If you get a call from an line with blocked caller id, it correctly
  shows in the notification as "Unknown caller" but is not correct in
  the messaging menu or dialer-app recent call logs. There is
  incorrectly shows "x-ofono-unknown". Desired solution is this string
  should be replaced by "unknown caller" or blocked string.
