Is the issue fixed? Coz now i am running Ubuntu 14.04? with Unity 3d?

Bug description:
  1) Launch any window from you desktop or launcher,
  2) Then click on that particulars software top left icon/logo
  3) Upon clicking, it makes the window decorator disappear for all open software/windows.
