your hard drive dying? Check dmesg for messages that might indicate
hardware trouble.

Status in “dbus” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When i run app from terminal, I have a message like: "** (apport-
  gtk:13839): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed
  to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-3iksYftvhm: В соединении отказано
  (connect refused) ". I'we found that this problem has solved on 14.04,
  but not in my case.

  Another example: ** (gedit:13810): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to
  accessibility bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-3iksYftvhm: В
  соединении отказано
