Status in “lxc” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Before cgmanager, lxc-container-default-with-nesting needed to allow
  the container to mount fstype=cgroup.  This is no longer needed and is
  not safe, therefore should no longer be allowed.
