  On ending the call, the first call log gets under the header

Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
  Invalid
Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in “dialer-app” source package in Saucy:

Bug description:
  Yes its a small bug, but annoying

  1. make a call from the dialer
  2. end the call
  3. it will take you to the Call log tab.

  What happens:
  The first log entry is under the apps' header

  What should happen:
  It should not be under the header.
