  Does not switch back to contacts tab when the call disconnects

Bug description:
  1. open the dialer app
  2. switch to contacts tab
  3. ensure an incoming call
  4. answer the call
  5. disconnect the call

  What happens:
  it opens Call Logs

  What should happen:
  According to the design doc the view should be the last visible view before the call i.e. Contacts view (or tab)
