Title:
[messaging-app] don't display timestamp if new message occurs during
  same minute

Status in Messaging App:
  Confirmed
Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Fix Released
Status in “messaging-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
we shouldn't display the message timestamp for incoming/outgoing
messages if they occur during the same minute as the previous message.
They take up too much space and are not necessary in that case. Iphone
doesn't display them for every message, not sure if android does.
