Title:
Focus is on the app behind the lock screen after resume from suspend
Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Recently, when I resume from suspend I often can't input anything into
the password field. After selecting an icon in the top left corner of
the screen lock and then selecting the password field again I can type
my password and unlock the computer. Once I do that whatever I typed
in the password field actually shows up in whatever app had focus
before I suspended, potentially leaking my password to a remote
attacker if the focused app is a browser, as it often is.
