Bug description:
Friends app will sit happily at about 4.2% unless I scroll the minute
I staret to scroll Friends app hits the top of the top list at around
68.8-71.4% of the cpu. On mako it leaps to a staggering 102.2% the
minute you stop scrolling it drops again.
