  The browser inside the accounts window is displaying odd errors

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  So if you setup an account that connects to the web from the phone you
  get odd rendering issues like the highlight frame around the username
  text feild is misaligned or image breakage when you need to scroll on
  the screen.

  STEPS:
  1. Open the Setting app
  2. Click on accounts
  3. Click on add an account (if there is an existing account), click on the account you want to setup if not.
  4. Scroll up the page
